MELARKEY SHANE Died 11th April 2008 The wife, daughters and family circle of the late Shane Melarkey would like to express sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them following Shane's sudden death. Extended thanks to family, friends, neighbours and all who called to the house, sent Mass cards, floral tributes and made donations. A special thanks to William O'Brien and Sons for the dignified manner in which they conducted the funeral arrangements. The attendance of Fr. McCaughey and Fr. Ferguson was greatly appreciated along with Fr. Mullan and Fr. O'Kane. A special word of thanks is extended to Fr. McCaughey for his touching words during Mass and to Colleen whose beautiful singing made it very special. A special appreciation to the N.I. Fire and Rescue Service, the P.S.N.I., doctors and nurses involved in Shane's care. Shane was loved dearly and will be sorely missed by all. Shane's Month's Mind will be celebrated in the Church of the Immaculate Conception Trench Road on Saturday, 10th May at 6pm.
