Published in the Limerick Leader on 12th April 2010 (Distributed in Limerick)Alyssa Higgins The parents of Alyssa Higgins would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad loss. Thank you to all those who sent Mass cards, floral tributes and letters of sympathy. Thank you to Holly Wilson for her kindness and great support to us. To the staff and management of the George Hotel who put on refreshments for us and to the staff of The Spotted Dog pub for their refreshments also. To Careline management and staff for your support and understanding. To all our good neighbours and friends, in Aspen Gardens, who have been so good to us at this sad time. To the priests from Janesboro and St. Patrick's Church who concelebrated such a beautiful Mass for Alyssa. To Cross's Funeral Home and the grave diggers for their professionalism, especially Charlie Flynn. As it would be impossible to thank every one individually please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.

I picked up Seanna today who was only 2 days older than you, seeing her with a tooth and doing new things breaks my heart because you should be side by side, the same age, with the same habits and the same prospects. It's not right that you're gone. A prescious, innocent little thing like you should have never had to leave us all behind. Everytime I look at the daffodils I will think of you.
