The family of the late Seamus (Dixie) Brennan would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their recent bereavement. We thank all who attended the rosary, removal, requiem Mass and burial. To all who dent Mass cards, telephoned and called to the house. A special thanks to our wonderful relatives, friends and neighbours. To Doctors Lee, Fawsitt and staff. To Michael O' Connell and staff. To Matron, nurses and staff at Castlecomer District Hospital. To Catherine of the Home Care Team. Thank you to Fathers Liam Taylor, Martin Delaney, Jim Murphy also John O' Neill and Mary Moore. Thanks to Pat Meaney Undertakers. We hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation.
A Mass of remembrance for Dixie will be celebrated in St. Patrick's Church on Sunday 28th March at 11 oclock.

Patrick Brennan

my sympathies to your recent loss.

I had a great Uncle Patrick Brennan who left Troyswood in the 1930's or 40's to live in the U.K. He had a brother Richard who went to live in Dublin city.

My late mother's name was Catherine Brennan.

I would appreciate any assistance with any information that might give further background.
