Eddie's wife Marian, his children Eamonn, Maria and Orla, his mother Lily, sisters Elizabeth, Mary and Patricia, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and our extended families would like to express our sincere gratitude to all those who sympathised with us on our sudden and sad loss. Heartfelt thanks to Fr. Currivan P.P. for his lovely homily and to Fr O'Gorman, Fr. Donovan, Fr. Fennelly and Fr. Harding for co-celebrating the Mass. Thank you to those who sent Mass cards, messages of sympathy, floral tributes and all those who attended his reposing, Mass and burial. The family would like to thank the following, Bobby the sacristan, the altar servers Rachel and Ruth, the readers James and Niamh, and all those who said the prayers of the faithful. To Valerie, Ger and Síle for the beautiful music and singing, to Margaret Casey for the lovely poem she read and Mary Hogan for the eulogy all of which made Eddie's Mass so memorable, to Cross's Undertakers for their courtesy and professionalism, also the grave diggers and to Margaret and the staff of the Millennium Centre. Thank you to his doctors: Dr. Michael Cleary, Dr. Brendan Meaney and Shannon Doc who attended to Eddie. Sincere thanks to all our wonderful neighbours, friends and family who helped out and brought food to our house and those who directed traffic, you were a great help and consolation to us all. Finally as it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation. Mass will be offered for the intentions of all. Beannacht Dé Oraibh ar Fad. Month's Mind Mass for Eddie will be celebrated in Caherline Church on Friday, March 19 at 7.30pm.
