Dan's loving family, daughter Marie, son Ger, son-in-law Paul, daughter-in-law Lisa, grandchildren Andrew, Rebecca, Colin, Orlaith, Aoibheann and great-grandson Alex, together with sisters Biddy and Eileen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, sincerely thank our wonderful friends and neighbours for the tremendous support shown to us at this most devastating time. For your Mass Cards, floral tributes, phonecalls and to those who travelled long distances we thank you. To Fr. Sean Harmon of St. John's Cathedral and to Fr. John Daly of St. Nicholas Parish for a beautiful concelebrated Mass and to the talented singers Jackie and Ber who made the ceremony all the more meaningful and moving. To Kieran for all his help and kindness in arranging the Mass. A sincere note of thanks and appreciation to Gerry Griffin and his Staff for their kindness, sensitivity and professionalism in arranging Dad's funereal and also to the Gravediggers at CastleMungret Cemetery. A big thank you to Noel and Bernie Nicholas of the Horse and Hound Bar, Mulgrave Street, for their help and hospitality in accommodating us during the funeral. Thank you to Dr. Ray O'Connor and staff in Caherdavin and later Dr. Moroney and Staff in Newport for their care and kind attention they gave to Dad before his death. A very special thank you to Seamus and Linda Carew and the entire staff of Milbrae Lodge, Nursing Home, Newport, Co. Tipperary. You gave Dad care, love and attention during his stay with you as you did Agnes his wife before him. Your professionalism and kindness was truly amazing. Thank you for making his stay with you like a home away from home. We offer our grateful thanks to all, in the only way we know, through the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass which has been offered for all your intentions. Yours thankfully, Dan's family, Dan's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, 6th March at 6.30 p.m., in St. John's Cathedral.
