The family of the late Edna Murray, Mountcharles would like to sincerely thank all of those who sympathised with us at the recent loss of our beautiful mother. A special word of thanks is given to Kathleen Johnston who cared for her at home and to the staff of the Health Centre, Mountcharles, the staff in Donegal Community Hospital and Dr. Duffy and her team in Letterkenny hospital and especially the kind and caring staff in the Donegal Hospice, who all helped Mum through her illness. To those of you who attended her removal from the hospice, who awaited her return home from there, who attended the wake or funeral, who travelled from Scotland, Dublin, Sligo, Galway, from all over Donegal - from the locality, Convoy, Letterkenny and the Twin Towns etc. , to be with us at this difficult time, to those who sent mass cards and sympathy cards, thank you. Thanks also to those who brought food and gifts and to those who telephoned or texted. Sincere thanks to all who gave donations to the Donegal Hospice in her memory, spoke words of consolation or shared a loving memory of her with us, to our kind extended families, neighbours and friends who helped out in so many ways, to Enda and the staff of The Village Tavern for their generosity, to Eddie Gallagher for undertaking the funeral arrangements, to Fr. Martin Chambers & Fr. John Gallagher (Hospice Chaplains), Fr. James Sweeney and Fr. Adrian Gavigan for their prayers and to Deborah Cunningham and Andrew Bachelor for their beautiful singing and music at the funeral mass......
