DALTON (Acknowledgement)

Tom Dalton, late of Ballyphilip, Ballingarry, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

The family of the late Tom would like to thank very sincerely all those who sympathised with us on our recent sad loss. Thanks to those who attended the house, rosary, removal, funeral Mass and burial, those who travelled long distances to be with us at this sad time. Thanks to those who telephoned, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, letters of sympathy and floral tributes. Many thanks to those who tended to Tom during his illness; Dr Curtin, Ballingarry; Doctors Dowse, Ryan & Lonergan, Thurles; Dr Pillary and Staff of South Tipperary General Hospital. Special thanks to Lucie and the wonderful staff of Padre Pio Nursing Home, Holycross for their loving care while Tom was a resident. Our appreciation to Fr. Breen for his assistance throughout the funeral. Also to Fr. Corbett and Fr O’Rourke for concelebrating his funeral Mass with Fr. Breen. Thanks to the sacristans, altar servers, choir and organist. To Pat O’Connell, Funeral Director; Ballingarry Civil Defence and Gardaí for their professionalism. Our thanks to Ballingarry GAA Club and Ballincurry AC for the Guards of Honour and carrying his coffin. Thanks to the gravediggers and those involved in the graveside tributes. Our sincere thanks to all to provided refreshments and assisted with catering at our home and in Ballingarry and the Ballingarry Community Hall Committee. Many thanks to those who visited Tom during his illness. A special thanks to our excellent neighbours, relatives and friends who helped us in various different ways and continue to do so.
As it would be impossible to thank everybody individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation. The Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Month’s Mind Mass in Ballingarry Church on Saturday, 27th February at 7pm.
