In loving memory of a devoted husband, father and grandfather whose 3rd Anniversary is 28th January, also his 60th birthday which occurs on 16th March, 2010.
As time goes by without you and weeks turn into years,
They hold a million memories and a thousand silent tears.
The last three years without you were the hardest we have known,
We treasure every thought of you when we are all alone.
Co clearly we remember on that sad day,
We, your family were holding you as you slipped away.
In tears we watched you going, we heard your last few breaths,
We knew that you had left us and gone to God to rest.
There is a place within our hearts and there you will remain,
To be beside us every day until we meet again.
I hope a choir of angels are around you on this day,
Singing Happy 60th Birthday in a very special way.
Light a special candle Lord and hug him really tight,
Tell him that we miss him, morning, noon and night.
Always remembered and loved by your wife Carol and family, Eugene, Ashlene, Rose, Darren.
No cards to send, no gifts to give,
Just all of our love for as long as we live.
Call his name gentle Lord and when he looks your way,
Tell him Happy Birthday and we miss him every day.
