God saw you getting tired a cure was not to be.
So He put His arms around you and whispered come to Me
Its lonesome here without you, we miss you more each day
Life doesn't seem the same since you were called away.
When days are sad and lonely and everything goes wrong.
We seem to hear you whisper cheer up and carry on.
Each time we see your picture you seem to smile and say
Don't cry I'm in God's hands we'll meet again some day.

If roses grow in heaven, Lord, please pick a bunch for me.
Place them in my mothers arms and tell her they're from me
Tell her I love and miss her and when she turns to smile
Place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for a while.
Because remembering her is easy I do it every day.
But theres an ache within my heart, because I'm missing her today.

Mammy today I touched your face today again, and watched you for a while,
I talked of things deep in my heart. and could almost see you smile.
I know your time on earth was short but its how you lived each day,
you made the most of what you had, and you always found a way.
I wish with all my heart right now the face I touched today,
wasnt made of paper, or neatly place away,
But i'll put you on the shelf again, for all the world to see,
I'll talk to you tomorrow mammy, For you meant the world to me.......

I lost a mother with a heart of gold, how much I miss her can never be told
She shared my troubles and helped me along, If I follow her footsteps I never will go wrong
Always remembered and sadly missed Daniel, Marnie, Sinead and Caoimhe.

Granny
Everyone has their own lives with which they have to battle on with.
But we'd stop them in a heartbeat to have yours beat again.
We had so many good times filled with love and laughter
You were always strong and there for us
