SPRATT Ann Marie
Gortnacorrib, Letterkenny
1st Anniversary
In loving memory of a dear wife, mother and nanny who died on the 15th July 2008. R.I.P.
The month of July comes with sad regret
It brings back a day I will never forget,
I think of you in silent, I often speak your name
But all I have are memories and your picture in a frame.
Your resting place I often visit and there I say a prayer
But no one knows the heartache as I turn and leave you there.
Always remembered and sadly missed by husband John.
From where we sit we shed a tear,
Wishing somehow, that you were near
So we close our eyes and think of you
And in just one moment you step into view.
Now you're not here for us to touch,
Our memories are precious and mean so much.
We have no doubt that you are safe
For you have moved to a brighter place.
You'll be welcomed with open arms,
And all around will be a loving calm.
There is even a seat reserved for you,
Reward, for the love you gave, and the life you knew.
We know some day we'll see you again
We'll think of you mum always, rest until then...
Loved and sadly missed by your daughter's Helen, Anna and Gemma and sons John Paul, Tommy, Marcus and grandchildren.
Anniversary mass in St Eunans Cathedral 7.30pm on Friday 17th July
