In Loving Memory of our eldest son and big brother Michael Orpen, who died on the 17th of November, 2006.
No farewells were spoken, No time to say goodbye.
You were taken from us and only God knows why.
How we will never forget the pain, of that November rain. Two years have passed without you and nothing is the same.
You are not forgotten Michael, nor will you ever be.
We know you are in Heaven with Angels around thee.
Lord Jesus I can’t but you can and you will look after Michael Orpen in the best way. Thank you for acting.
Sadly missed, but forever in our hearts and prayers- Love your parents John and Ellen Ann, brothers Jonathon & Gerald and sisters Mary-Ellen & Hannah. (& Ray)
There is a beautiful path in a wonderful land,
Where our Uncle Michael holds God’s hand,
Oh how lucky is God to have such a treasure,
Look after him Lord forever and ever.
For a Special Uncle from Chloe and Orlaith, who have many a fond memories of their Uncle Mikey.
To those who read this today, a little prayer for Michael say.
Michael’s Anniversary Mass will take place in St. Mary’s Church, Lagg, Malin, Co. Donegal on Sunday the 16th of November next at 10am.
