O'DONNELL HUGH (Newtownforbes,
Longford, Ardara,
Donegal & Birmingham)
(who died suddenly on August 18th 2008) The wife, sons and daughters, brothers and extended family, would like to thank all those who supported us through our terrible loss and attended the wake, removal, funeral and Months Mind Mass. To relatives, friends, neighbours, the communities of Ardara, Dungloe and Longford especially Fr. McGovern, Fr. Sullivan, Fr. Kenny and the priests of Dungloe and Ardara, Frs. Lafferty, Meehan and Duffy and Fr. French who travelled from Dublin. Special thanks to Frank Breslin and Paddy McNally for their singing and piper major John Wallace. Also thank you to those who travelled from England, in particular former members of John Mitchell's G.A.A and those who formed the guard of honour in Ardara. Many thanks to the Medical staff of Mullingar and St. James Hospital Dublin especially Dr. Cosgrove and Mr Tolan. To the staff of St. Joseph's Longford and community nurses who cared for Hugh during his recent illness and to all those who visited him. Thanks also to Glennons and McGlynns undertakers. As it would be impossible to thank every person individually, we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation for their support and kind words, Mass cards, floral tributes and phone calls.
The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
May He Rest in Peace.
